Multi-model approach

  • Testing the "Model of everywhere" approach in a multi-model, large sample experiment
The aim of this work is to test how many models are really needed in a multi-model framework to achieve the highest performance on a large sample of ponds, given the high equifinality and uncertainties in the performance scores. For more details, see the following article: https://doi.org/10.5194/hess-2024-279
  • Exploring a dynamic combination of a multi-model ensemble for streamflow simulation
Most multi-model approaches are static, i.e. the model/model combination does not vary over time. Here, we propose to study a dynamic approach that takes even greater advantage of the diversity of the hydrological ensemble.
